At Bike Week this year, visitors will have an opportunity to enter a raffle at the Arizona Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Foundation (AMSAF) booth to win some fantastic prizes, courtesy of The Husband & Wife Law Team and Team Arizona motorcycle training.
The prizes include a fifty-five inch television, donated by Mark and Alexis Breyer, or as they are better known, The Husband & Wife Law Team, or one of three rider education courses donated by Team Arizona. Entries will be accepted at the AMSAF booth during Bike Week, which is April 10th through the 14th, at WestWorld in Scottsdale, or interested parties may submit entries online at Http://bit.ly/BikeWeekRaffle.
A Winning Partnership for Motorcycle Safety
Recently, according to The Husband & Wife Law Team, motorcycle accident attorney Mark Breyer was asked to join the Arizona Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Foundation (AMSAF) board to help prevent accidents and save lives. The 501c3 foundation, AMSAF, promotes and improves the well being of motorcycle riders throughout Arizona by reaching out to not only the riding community, but also all who share the road.
"It's a great cause, and something I wanted to be a part of in any way I could; when I was asked to join AMSAF, I thought it was a great opportunity to be able to make measurable improvements in safety and awareness of motorcycles in Arizona," Mark shared.
Every year, Bike Week/Cyclefest is held at WestWorld in Scottsdale, with rally events dotted all over the state and people travelling far and wide to attend the festivities. The AZ Bike Week website boasts that it is the fastest growing rally in the country. With this opportunity to gain exposure to such a great number of riders, Mark and Alexis Breyer decided they needed to guarantee AMSAF to be there. They generously sponsored the AMSAF booth for the duration of Bike Week, and provided the raffle grand prize of a 55" TV.
In addition to sponsoring the booth and providing the raffle grand prize, plus all the logistical items needed to facilitate a raffle; The Husband & Wife Law Team took it one step further. For every raffle entry form received, they vowed to donate $1 to AMSAF.
"We are so happy to be sponsoring the AMSAF booth at Bike Week this year, and to be able to help out by supplying the raffle grand prize. We care so much about motorcycle safety, we wanted to help in any way we could," Alexis shared for herself and Mark.
A Community Team
Serving all of Arizona, motorcycle attorneys Mark and Alexis Breyer offer many services to support community and safety efforts. They authored a book entitled, "The Arizona Motorcycle Book," which they offer for free to all Arizona riders. It covers information that many bikers don't know about the "unwritten helmet law," and proper insurance coverage to protect riders from under- or uninsured drivers.
As a certified specialist in injury and wrongful death law by the Arizona State Bar, Mark Breyer also offers his expertise to motorcycle clubs and gatherings for free to answer any questions that riders may have about safety and how the laws affect them.
Save A Life, Look Twice
Being a warm weather state, Arizona sees many motorcycle accidents every year, and the number is increasing. In 2011, 2,980 motorcycles were involved in accidents (AZDOT), and 80% of those incidents resulted in injuries; 132 people lost their lives.
Injury lawyers, Mark and Alexis Breyer, by working with the Arizona Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Foundation, hope to spread the message of motorcycle safety to both riders and drivers alike, and save lives.
Many injured motorcyclists have gone to Mark and Alexis for help after an accident; they only handle very serious injury and wrongful death cases, also including construction accidents, auto accidents, slip and fall incidents, dog bite attacks, and other injuries resulting from the negligence of someone else.
