Celebrating Ms. Tuttle, El Dorado’s Champion of Language and Learning
It was our honor to present Ms. Tuttle of El Dorado Community School with The Husband & Wife Law Team's Teacher Appreciation Award this month. Ms. Tuttle ignites a love of language and learning in her students, and the results speak for themselves. During a special presentation on April 30th, her school community came together to celebrate a teacher whose passion for the written word is felt in every classroom conversation and reflection.
Ms. Tuttle is described by those who know her best as a heartwarming and passionate educator who creates space for student voices to grow. Her approach to English language instruction goes beyond textbooks, encouraging students to express themselves through conversation and reflection in ways that build both confidence and skill. Her dedication has even earned her the prestigious Love Grant from UC-Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center, a recognition that speaks to the depth of her commitment to her students and her craft.

"Regan's instilling the love of the written word helped us get there," shared one nominator, noting that El Dorado Community School is one of only three schools in Santa Fe Public Schools to have grown across Math, ELA, Science, and ELP in Spring 2025.
Congratulations, Ms. Tuttle, for your incredible service and for being such a meaningful force in the lives of your students and your entire school community!
